Contract period
Long-termlese contract 30 years (starting from September 2003)
Now, the contract period is left to 27 years.
Payment
Reservation money : 50,000 baht / unit
(Within 7 days after placing reservation money, contract must be signed.)
Down payment of 20% from sales price
(paying at the company) on the day signing the contract
Final payment 80% (paying at the Department of Lands.)
Applying for credits
The customer can apply for credit at Siam City Bank, the maximum is up to 80%
The time period of installment is 14 years.
If the application for approval is not passed, the reservation money is returned.
Interest rate
Year 1, MLR-2.25 / Year 2,MLR-2.00
Other following years, MLR-1.00 for the whole contract period.
For foreigner customers who have work permits in Thailand, the credit of 50% credit can be applied.
Fund money
200 baht / square meter / month (collected at first entering for one time)
